Elimination of Waste in the Development of Learning Media for Deaf Students Using a Lean Software Development Approach

Deafness is a condition where student cannot hear various sounds optimally. So in the learning process, we need media that prioritizes visuals to make it easier for deaf students understand material presented by teacher. Gamification one of most effective because can present packaged form game software. The aim research assist developers developing gamification eliminating waste using lean software development approach. This method uses assessment matrix making process flow diagrams and matrices identify presence critical waste. results showed students' methods used Lean Software approach: number motions game, entry was quite long, Latin font not installed application. By these three wastes, other wastes will be indirectly eliminated there link between wastes.
